Tobi holds a degree in economics and spent three years working as an advisor in the financial industry before leaving to co‑found UVIA. Alongside this, he is a co-owner of Refract Media, giving him first‑hand experience working within professional photo and video production environments.
He identified early where creative production was heading and how traditional models were becoming limiting for both studios and hospitality clients. His background in business, and production strategy shapes UVIA’s positioning, structure, and long‑term direction.

Justin leads the technical and systems side of UVIA. With a background in IT, he is self‑taught in machine learning, large language models, and creative automation.
He focuses on building efficient, flexible production workflows that remove traditional constraints while maintaining a high standard of output. His work enables UVIA to operate with speed, adaptability, and scalability without compromising creative quality.

Graphic Designer & VFX Artist
Raki brings a strong human and artistic foundation to UVIA’s work. She studied VFX & graphic design for four years at Scuola del Libro in Italy and is experienced across industry‑leading design, editing, and VFX software.
Her approach is detail‑driven and intentional, ensuring every visual feels considered, expressive, and aligned with a brand’s identity. She plays a key role in maintaining craft, taste, and originality across all projects.

Director of Photography
Shadrach Hanson is a Director of Photography with over a decade of experience capturing refined visuals across fashion, culture, lifestyle, and hospitality. He is the founder of Refract Media, a visual studio established in 2014 with a portfolio spanning editorial, commercial, and high‑profile creative work.
At UVIA Studios, Shadrach leads all on‑site photography and cinematography, bringing a considered approach to composition, light, and atmosphere. His work forms the foundation for UVIA’s cinematic post‑production and campaign storytelling, ensuring every project begins with intentional, high‑quality imagery.
